How can I pay for my order?
Orders can ONLY be placed online.  We accept payment by cheque but will need to allow sufficient time for the cheque to clear before sending your order.

When will my Wonderful Garden Furniture be delivered?
Our standard delivery is within one week from order. We will send you an email to let you know your expected date for delivery once we have accepted your order.  This will usually be within 1 to 2 working days.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for orders over £250.  We charge £12 for orders under £250.

Where do you deliver?
We can only deliver to the UK Mainland and cannot accept orders from any other areas.  If you are unsure please contact us.

Can we collect?
We are an online retailer and aim to retain our remarkable pricing structure and unrivalled referral scheme, to do this we need to keep our costs down and our products competitive, for these reasons you are unable to visit but we welcome your feed back.

What happens if I need to return an item?
Should you need to return an item you will need to contact us using our special online form quoting your order number along with your reason for return.  If the reason for return is a result of something we have done wrong or defective product we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected and a refund to be made.  If the reason for return is because you have changed your mind (or similar) than you will have to pay the costs of returning the item(s) to us.  We can still arrange the return but will deduct the cost of this from your refund.

How do I get my gift of fine wine?
Once your order has been placed and accepted by us, your hand selected choice of seasonal wine will be sent directly to your address ready to be enjoyed while you relax in the garden!  More details of our free wine offer can be found by clicking here.
