Prices and Payments
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery' below). The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or offer a full refund.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by Cheque made payable to Wonderful Garden Ltd (please note that we require cheques to be cleared before your order can be sent to you).

Delivery Charges.
We can only make deliveries within the Mainland UK at present, please do not try and place an order with us if your delivery address is outside of the Mainland UK. All of our deliveries within the Mainland UK are free of charge for orders over £250, if your order is under £250 delivery is charged at £12.00 per order. Any special delivery arrangements over and above our standard delivery charges will incur an additional charge. We will notify you of this charge before you place your order.

Return of Faulty Goods.
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. All our products come with a 7 day exchange policy. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:- in 'as-new' condition; complete with all packaging. Please contact us to return the product and include your order number. A minimum charge of £10.00 may be applied to cover costs incurred by us on orders returned for a refund that are not faulty or incorrect. THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
